Small Business Administration 8(a) Program Graduation 

Visionary graduated from the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program in September 2019. Under the program, Visionary experienced notable growth and achievements within the small business community. Our portfolio increased to include SBA Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB); SBA Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB); CVE Certified Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Small, Women, and Minority-Owned (SWAM) (Virginia); Veterans Institute for Procurement.; Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA); Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA); Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE); and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). We also advanced our corporate contract vehicles to include General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS) SIN 874-4 and 874-7, along with IT Schedule 70 SIN 132-51 and 132-56; Department of Navy SeaPort Enhanced Zones 1-7; and Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3). The attainment of certifications and contract vehicles resulted in portfolio growth that includes eight (8) core competencies in the competitive areas of Chronic Disease Management, Health Information Technology, Program and Project Management, Services Integration and Consolidation, Organizational Development, Executive and Administrative Support, Procurement Support and Staff Augmentation. Most recently, we expanded our capabilities to include Initial Outfitting, Transition and Activation (IOT& A) and Concept of Operations Development (CONOPS) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Child Waiting Room Services for the Department of Justice (DOJ).

VA Human Factors Services Contract Award

Visionary, together with trusted teaming partner Spectrum Software Technology, Inc. (SST), was awarded a 5-year, $25 Million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award and task order for VHA Human Factors Services. Under the program, Visionary experienced notable growth and achievements within the small Team Visionary will provide staffing, training, project management, and subject matter expertise to conduct studies that support Legacy VistA/CPRS systems, Electronic Health Record Modernization, as well as Connected Care and Community Care programs.

VA Initial Outfitting, Transitioning, and Activations Poplar Bluff Contract Award

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) awarded an Initial Outfitting, Transitioning, and Activations (IOT&A) IDIQ contract on a sole source basis to Visionary to acquire activation support services in support of the of John J. Pershing Veterans Affairs Medical Center within the VA Cape Girardeau Health Care Center (HCC). The new facility will enhance the VA’s ability to provide comprehensive expanded services to the region’s Veteran population, including an expanded range of healthcare services in a modern facility. Under this contract, Team Visionary will develop and update comprehensive project plans customized to site needs and project objectives to ensure the successful activation of the Cape Girardeau Medical Center as scheduled.

MARTA Environmental Health and Safety Services Contract Award

Our team was awarded a contract by the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) for Environmental Health and Safety Services. Under this contract Visionary provides environmental compliance and industrial hygiene services for the Office of Safety to assist with the Environmental Health and Safety Units day-to-day compliance activities. We provide highly credentialed subject matter expertise to lead and support environmental compliance inspections, audits, training sessions, hazardous material surveys, indoor environmental quality assessments, industrial hygiene exposure assessments and other related tasks.

Defense Health Agency User Lifecycle Support Services Contract Award

Visionary was awarded a Defense Health Agency (DHA) contract for User Lifecycle Program Support Services. Visionary will provide the User Integration Branch (UIB) /User Lifecycle Support Section (ULSS) advisory and assistance in (4) strategic areas: management, operations, technical support, and organizational change. In support of the UIB/ULSS, we deliver systems analysis and advocacy support to the branch, Medical Treatment Facilities, and Regional/Major medical commands with the purpose of successfully deploying and sustaining current-future Health Information Technology programs.
