SLVHCS Named Project of the Year

Visionary Consulting Partners, LLC (Visionary) congratulates the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) for being named “Project of the Year” by the Project Management Institute at its 2018 awards gala held in Los Angeles, Ca. Visionary is proud to have supported Activation efforts by providing the Medical Center’s Activation Transitional Simulation Outpatient Education Services to the SLVCHS in New Orleans, La. Our team delivered comprehensive simulation and supplementary education services needed to prepare Medical Center staff for the transition of 23 outpatient services. Visionary led and executed the assessments in the key areas of patient safety, access, employee safety, and facility workflow. These simulations facilitated various levels of discovery on staff and workflow efficiencies, facility enhancements, as well as recommendations for improvement. Committed to PMI best practices, Visionary acknowledges the accomplishments of SLVHCS and multiple activation teams in the opening of this state-of-the-art facility.
