As our nation commemorates the 256 th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, on behalf of all at Team Visionary, I wish Americans around the world a very Happy Independence Day.

But amidst the celebrations – the barbecues and fireworks – I urge every one of us to take a moment to honor our founding fathers – the delegates of the Second Continental Congress – who, on that fateful fourth day of July in 1776, declared the thirteen former colonies of Great Britain liberated from subordination to King George III.

That was the day that marked the birth of the Free, Independent and United States of America that we all love and cherish, as the land of the free and the home of the brave.
