Through this partnership, 3 Arrows Visionary combines industry best practices and proven approaches in healthcare system consulting with the unique contracting benefits available through the Tribal 8(a) program. This structure provides federal customers with access to an experienced and capable team while offering substantial sole-source contracting benefits and supporting PIE-PS’s broader mission of providing sustained financial support for the betterment of the Pamunkey Tribe.
