This program is designed to enhance the Veteran business owners’ understanding of the various steps and processes associated with government contracting. Aside from providing a priceless networking opportunity for Veteran small business owners, The Veterans Institute for Procurement (VIP) will help over two hundred (200) Veteran owned small business thrive in the government contracting market place.
